These Conditions of Carriage apply to all courier services provided by Parcel2u LTD(“we”, “our”, “us”) within the United Kingdom. By using our services, you (“the customer”) agree to these terms.

Definitions

Consignment: The parcel(s) or goods to be delivered.

Customer: The sender of the consignment.

Recipient: The person or business to whom the consignment is addressed.

Service Scope

We provide collection, transport, and delivery services for consignments throughout the UK.

Specific delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Prohibited and Restricted Items

We will not carry the following:

Dangerous goods (unless compliant with ADR regulations)

Firearms, ammunition, explosives

Cash, precious metals or stones, antiques, or works of art

Perishable goods (unless agreed)

Illegal substances or items

Customers are responsible for ensuring their consignments comply with all legal and safety requirements.

Packaging and Labelling

The customer must ensure all items are properly packaged to withstand handling and transport.

All consignments must be clearly labelled with full delivery and return addresses.

Delivery

A consignment is deemed delivered when signed for at the delivery address or by someone acting on behalf of the recipient.

We are not liable for delays due to incorrect addresses, adverse weather, traffic, or force majeure.

Liability and Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to £100 per consignment unless additional cover is purchased.

We are not liable for:

Delay or failure caused by events beyond our control

Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.
